ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, and provide all address details, including apartment/house/unit number.

Our team works hard to ensure your order is processed and fulfilled as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your support and patience.

All orders in South Africa are shipped to street addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

For international shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

The Restyle Collective may need to provide the courier with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

In the case of a refund, we are only able to refund you the value of the items purchased and not the shipping costs.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.

The Restyle Collective reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.

All orders include a tracking number and standard insurance up to R1,000.

Please kindly note that The Restyle Collective may not be held responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our location to the shipping address. Delayed delivery may not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of South Africa are not subject to South African sales tax. Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes.

All international orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that estimated shipping times for international orders do not account for customs clearance. In the case of order refusal, the recipient will still be liable for shipping fees, taxes and additional customs and duties.
