If you’re not completely in love with your purchase from THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE, you can request a return for store credit within 48 hours of receiving your item.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure your full store credit, simply return the item in its original packaging and in the same beautiful condition in which you received it. Please note that original shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.

THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.

When returning an item, please arrange for shipping insurance. Risk and ownership will transfer only once the items are safely received by THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return, please email hello@therestylecollective.com with your order number. Once a team member has verified your return eligibility, the item must be returned to THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE within seven days of the return approval date. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping and insurance.

Any items received by THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE outside of the seven-day return approval window will be sent back to you at your expense or consigned on your behalf.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify for store credit: all sale items, any item in 'as is' condition, handbags, jewellery, accessories and swimwear.

Please note that any purchases made with full or partial store credit or Payflex are considered FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on items purchased from THE RESTYLE COLLECTIVE.

PURCHASING PRE-LOVED

Every item on The Restyle Collective is listed with a detailed description, offering an honest reflection of its current condition, size (or measurements), and any visible flaws. While some of our pieces are brand new with tags, others are gently-worn and have been previously owned.
